エメットテクニック④ ショートコース・レポート1
2017年12にエメットテクニックの１day ショートコース 「エムテック」「エムケア」を日本で初めて開催いたしました。
ショートコースは通常各国のインストラクターが担当しますが、今回は日本での初開講ということから創始者ロス・エメット先生直接指導となりました。
ロス先生と今回一緒にご指導頂きましたシニアインストラクターのカレン先生も今回日本初来日！真夏のオーストラリアから真冬の東京へ!!
日本初上陸のエメットテクニックを創始者から直接学べる貴重な機会となり、関西や九州、東北など全国各地からセラピスト・理学療法士・鍼灸師の方など多くの方にご参加頂きました。
このショートコースでは、エメットテクニックのマッスルリリース（筋弛緩療法）の中から様々なテクニックを実践していきました。
エメットテクニックでは数秒のソフトタッチ・テクニックを数回繰り返していくことで脳がその刺激を確認し、からだの調整に繋がります。脳から脊髄そして末梢へ、そしてまた末梢から脊髄、脳へと伝達されます。
軽い圧により微細なセンサーが働き脳への伝達を行う生体反応を基に考えられています。 このタッチは直接的に筋反射へ影響すると同時に痛みや不調、感情面の調整にも役立ち、生活の質の向上に繋がります。
脳と強いコネクションのある場所を刺激し、状態を確認していきます。
その刺激により筋肉に刻まれた記憶の解除をはかります。これにより、何らかのきっかけによって生じたクライアントの神経筋問題を脳が再評価できる機会を与えます。
エメットテクニックでは指1本で異なるシークエンスを使用して施
指1本のテクニックはまるでETのような指の形で！！
エメットテクニック・
● 握力の弱さや指のグリップのアンバランスに行ってくテクニック
脳が刺激を感知するとからだが前後に揺れたり瞬きをするなど、人により様々な反応が起こります。
その状態をしっかりと考察しながら確認し、調整を図ります。
このテクニックは手首や指や前腕に問題が出ている時、家事や子育て中の方によ
くある不具合からテニスやゴルフ、野球などスポーツ選手にもお勧めです。
● 下半身から体幹バランスの調整・
電車の中でしっかりと立てない時や乗り物酔いにも使用できます。
足元のふらつきは心や感情面の不安定さに結びつくため、しっかり
ロス先生によると学習障がいや発達障がいを持つ多くの方に、
まず、
ふらつきがあったり足の指や踵が浮いてしまうかどうか確認した後、必要な工程を2～3度繰り返します。
その後もう一度身体を押してみると・・・・！ふらつきはなくなりどっしりと立っていられるのです！
